Ok, I have an original xbox and am wondering if the xbox 360 is truly worth the $$ to get.  I heard there were lots of problems with overheating, has that issue been resolved?

What's the compatibility with the older games?

I am amazed to know that XBOX360 is available in $XX. I think it will cost someone more than $200. If it is available in $XX then you should go for it.

I heard that the new Xbox 360 Halo edition has the new 65nm core and new cooling design that reduces the overheating considerably. I will most likely get a new one after they officially announce that the XBox design has gone a major overhaul. I would suggest to wait up.

Xbox360 is rich in games, it contains plenty of games like sports related games and games related to wars.Halo3 ,Bioshock are the examples of fantastic games. They also have countered the over heating problems.
