I am using DSL at the moment and I think this is the fastest Internet Connection I have used so far. I have read about T1 but not sure about that. Is that more faster than DSL? Anyhow what type of internet action do you have?

i have a 521 kbps connection, and i will just say that i really wish there were faster connections available in my area, i mean, my highest download speed so far has been 60 KB/s, and my upload just plain sucks as well.

I'm on LAN, which I think is supposedly faster than a DSL connection.  I was on DSL a few months ago and quite frankly I don't really sense that there's that much of a difference.  It's also because I'm using download softwares that really increases download speed.

What is this type of connection? I think LAN stands for Local Area Network and being used for Intranet(Not for internet).
