Honestly if you want to play games stick to xp because all ive had is a bunch of problems with vista. Nothing works. I mean nothing. Every game that I have bought crashes or cant install. If you want to continue gaming stay with xp. Vista= crap. I am moving back to xp.

My cousin has had NOTHING but trouble ever since she "upgraded" to Vista. It crashes constantly. Even when NOT installing stuff.
Being kicked in the crotch >> Vista

man i am regretting the day i got a new laptop with vista, should have stuck to windows xp. half the time my wireless crashes, and i have had the misfortune of trying to install some games on my laptop, and i am not even talking about games that require a lot of graphics power. simple board games that work superbly on xp fail to even start in vista, so much for the goddamn WOW from microsoft. Billy G must have been playing World of Warcraft when he thought of wow as its nothing short of fighting a war trying to work in vista.

vista sucks, plain and simple. microsoft should have waited another year and included more features that have cut down in the final release. with windows 7 coming out in 2010, no incentive for a lot of people to move to vista. xp works just fine for me thank you very much

Microsoft and some people claim that there is revolutionary change in Vista and they change the brain of Operating System. I think there is different file systems and other compatibility issues which make difficulties. I think Vista has ActiveX 10 or some other techniques. I have read that ActiveX 10 games are more attractive, interesting, and lovable and can be played on Vista only. So there are different thoughts. It will take some time, Can you imagine that Microsoft's own products are not compatible with Vista like Zune. It is a big drawback though.

I think that you can actually purchase and download it from the internet. not too sure from where. but the only good thing about vista is that if you want to upgrade from say home basic to ultimate, you dont need to purchase another disc, you only need to get the activation key from microsoft, paid of course, and then use to unleash extra a functionality on your computer.

It depends on the hardware profile of your system. If you have PIII or conventional PIV then you will hate VISTA because it will make your system dead slow. Rather than enjoying it, you will like to throw your system out of your home . It sounds very costly as well because you will have to purchase Vista as well as will have to upgrade your pc. Anyhow you can get some pirated copy in torrents and can try it. Please don't do it if your system is less than 1GB in RAM and 3.0 Ghz in processor.

Should I say it a "Vista get people close thread" . Let us know when both of you will meet each other. Anyhow no one can download Vista in free.

I still have xp as my operating system so am sticked with XP games. Vista games might be very interactive but I have no idea about them. However I shall like to play that games after entering in Vista world.
