Hi Guys,

What features, besides security, could have made Windows Vista a killer operating system?

No, because a lot of people uses Linux Os or Mac Os. I'm using Vista, but that's good on it? Only few items new, and some security bugs updated.

I am wondering to read your comments because in my opinions, Vista is entirely different OS as even compared to XP. Almost all working Anti-Viruses which are perfect with XP don;t work with Vista. I think it is less vulnerable as compared to XP because there is different file systems and security.

It's a matter of time till all the bugs of vista will be fixed. Logically, we have no choice. order a new computer or labtop...vista will come with it

you see thats the thing, vista will be on every computer in a couple of years time and then microsoft already has plans to launch a new operating system in 2010, i believe. i still think that microsoft should have included the new WinFS that would have been a completely new file system.

Why someone can forced to have a Vista with it? I think there are many brands in which UBUNTU is being installed. You can even install it yourself.

Less Aero and less memory sucking would have made Vista feel lighter and more quicker.
