I moved to CS3 quite a while back.  I'd have to say CS3 is very cool! I actually moved from version 7.0 to CS3 so for me there really was a reason to move.  The general UI is a little bit different:

The preset canvas is also a little different:

And unlike the 7.0 I was using, the CS3 supports symbols and other language characters (apart from Roman characters).

Cs3 is better for me (really simple), but it doesn't work - I reinstalled photoshop cs3 on Vista - same problem...

It doesn't work on Vista? Does it work on your XP? I'm on XP Sp2 and it works really well, it loads really fast.  For those on CS2, I don't think it's that important to upgrade immediately, especially if you feel CS2 does the job just fine.

In my Opinion ! Photoshop is the best image editor software guys . It's not only nicely featured but also easy to use . Everyone can understand it very easily in short period.

I am still working on Photoshop 7 and I think this is doing a pretty good job for me. What are other features which can urge someone to switch to CS3?

I have no hesitation to say that I don't have enough knowledge about photoshop. So I will not give my opinion here and will stay here as an observer. There is a good informative debate going on here .Thanks.
