Quote
Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films has issued a press statement, which is being reproduced verbatim:-
“Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films denies all the speculations regarding any argument between Mr. Vinod Chopra and Mr. Amitabh Bachchan regarding the casting of Ms. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in our new venture TALISMAAN. Ms. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was never approached for the film and neither have the Bachchans approached us on her behalf.

“TALISMAAN is inspired by the novel ‘Chandrakanta’ and will be directed by ad film-maker Ram Madhvani. The cast of the film is yet to be finalized. It will be announced at an appropriate time. We request everyone to ignore the baseless rumors and speculations.”

Okay here is the other one. Its a second story of today. Please feel free to reply or if you don't understand anything. This news is not written by me.

Priyanka can have it all the money

Quote
Harman Baweja met Laloo Yadav. And the former chief minister of Bihar might be attending the premiere of Harman’s debut film.

That’s how well the two hit it off.

Like all those who comes across this entertainer-extraordinaire Harman can’t get over this “other dynamic Bihari in my life.”

In case anyone has forgotten Priyanka Chopra is from Jamshedpur in Bihar. So when Harman got to know Laloo Yadav was in the studio to record Kya Aap Paanchi Paas Se Tez Hai he made it a point to say hello.

“The hello turned out to be quite an experience. Lalooji of course knew Priyanka. But he also knew me. He knew about my father as well. That I found surprising since I haven’t been seen in any film as yet.Lalooji asked me what my film was about. When I described the film he wondered if this is a love story set in 2050 or 3050.”

It made Harman think. “Considering how futuristic the film looks have we set it too near into the future?”

Harman is bowled over Laloo Yadav’s wit and presence. “He’s the ultimate entertainer. And when I saw him get together with Shah Rukh Khan I realized what constitutes superstardom. It’s just a quality you’ve or you don’t have.”

The railway minister won the grand prize of Rs 1 crore.

Says Harman, “I wouldn’t like to comment on what Lalooji won. But yes, Priyanka and I felt a twinge for not being able to go right up to the grand prize.

We were ruined by the bell. We knew the last answer. But time was up. So we came away with 50 lakhs. Not bad for my first television recording, no?”

How will Harman and Priyanka divide the money? “Oh, Priyanka can have it all and do what she likes with the money. I got my prize on the show when I met Lalooji. Now if he could only come to my premiere I’d be quite happy.”

I admit I’m not a great actor: Salman
Here is the other one. After reading this hole story now I believe that in one side shahrukh Khan think that he a king of bollywood and the other khan just say these words...

Quote
Bollywood star Salman Khan, who is gearing up for his television debut with reality game show ‘Dus Ka Dum’, starting June 6, says he is not the type to rehearse for his roles.

‘I don’t like to rehearse too much. I have never prepared myself for my roles,’ Salman wrote in his blog.

He also said that he is neither aware of the number of acting schools that exist nor does he belong to any acting school. But he believes in the concept of a method school.

‘Where actors go to the places and watch people whom they have to portray, ” said the actor who gave hits like, ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, ‘Saajan’, ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ and ‘Partner’.

He added: ‘They do this and all kinds of things to get into the skin of the character. According to the thumb rule of this school, I should have spent months in a lunatic asylum to portray my role in ‘Tere Naam’.’

Salman wrote that he may not be a great actor, but what gives him satisfaction is that he has never copied any established school of acting.

‘Dilip Kumar saab has influenced all actors and I do admire him immensely. But I haven’t copied him even while performing the role of a loser in love. In ‘Tere Naam’, I portrayed agony as I feel it. It comes naturally to me. These reflections just reconfirm my faith that I should and would only be myself.’

Salman also promises to be his true self in ‘Dus Ka Dum’.

Along with his schedule for the television show, Salman is also busy shooting for Boney Kapoor’s ‘Wanted’ and Subhash Ghai’s ‘Yuvraaj’.

Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Bipasha Basu, Karan Johar, Urmila Matonkar, Arjun Rampal and Rakhi Sawant will be a part of the Morani Brothers’ and Ashish Gidwani Productions’ first Bollywood musical, City of Dreams. It will premiere on June 13 at Mumbai’s St. Andrews Auditorium.

Based on the story of a small-town girl who comes to Mumbai with stars in her eyes to become an actress, the musical drama stars Nasreen Morani in the central role. The two-hour extravaganza boasts of larger-than-life sets and props and is jointly directed by Gautam Joglekar and Mohammed Morani.

All the stars will be seen as narrators in an audio-visual playing intermittently. Five more shows are lined up in Mumbai. “Such shows are very popular abroad and we wanted to introduce them in India too,” said Mohammed Morani.
