There are a lot of softwares and tools with which you can create animations. It also depends on the type of animation. Flash are the most popular one and you will have to have Macromedia Flash Studio to make flash animations.

Sorry Dude actually i haven't any deep knowledge about the process for making animations . But i heard that it's the easy process to make animations through PLASH and PHOTOSHOP .

It all depends on the needs. Animations can have different types so these animation can be created via different tools and softwares. Image Ready, Maya and other softwares are good for creating website animations. Flash is another good tool for animations. You can use different websites to create your objects and animations as well.

That is rather difficult field to adopt and I think animations are even difficult than coding something. I have seen many cartoonists using some specific softwares but I am sure that they are not Flash or Adobe.
