Welcome to Sexycoolwink.com Forums. These are pretty easy rules and mostly involve common sense.

Sigs - You are allowed to have whatever you want in your signature. Words or pictures. No nudity of any kind is allowed in signature graphics. Any avatars or sigs containing pornographic material or nudity will earn the member a instant ban. The maximum allowed characters are 300 with a maximum of 10 lines. Please take this into consideration as anyone with exceedingly large sigs will be asked to modify them, then they will be changed by the Staff, re offend and you will be officially warned. The sig images must not be larger then 480 pixels wide and 120 pixels high. The reason for this is because any bigger than this and the forum borders do not work very well and can make it difficult to read. You can have a maximum of 2 images.

Swearing and Flaming - We realize everyone swears and flames at times. So if you do it every now or then it is fine, the rule is against excessive swearing and flaming. It is not needed and it just demonstrates your stupidity. If you do it too much you will be warned and re-offending can lead to a ban. No racist banter will be tolerated. Accounts will be banned instantly.

Spamming - Many people define this in different ways, but for these forums it is defined as any useless posts, double posting, abusive posts or any posts that turn or continue off topic chit chat in a thread. This is not a very strict rule but if members continue to take threads off topic they will be warned for it. The Chat board was created for any off topic discussion you want, so feel free to post whatever you like there.

Advertising/Spamming - Posting of web site links advertising or endorsing a service for kickbacks will not be tolerated. This also includes unsolicited email schemes and pyramid networks. The Sexycoolwink.com staff/forum moderators have the right to decide whether threads or posts are deemed unsuitable for the forums and can be removed as a result.

Illegal Material - Posting of any pornographic images/videos/flash animation to view will earn the poster an instant ban. Sexycoolwink also does not support pirating of software, movies or games. We encourage game developers and publishers to visit this forum, they do not want to come here to read about members illegally pirating their games etc. Also piracy is illegal and members posting information about these practices will be warned and banned for re-offending.

Requests - Do not request for copyrighted or pornographic material.

Videos - Do not post links for videos that are copyrighted, for example, links to download pirated movies. Only post links for which you own the copyright or have obtained permission from the author of the video.

Some Tips:

*Use the search feature to see if there are similar existing threads before making a new one.
*Reply to a thread with a logical answer or opinion (Put a bit off effort into your posts). Do not reply with meaningless garbage to get your post count higher.
*Use correct sentence construction, grammar and spelling (Spelling is not as important as the others.)
*Break stances up with full stops and commas and paragraphs.
*Use the edit feature! Don't double post.

A few things that are NOT welcome are:

* Making a new reply in a very old topic. This is often called 'bumping'.
* Using a proxy server to hide your real IP address.
* Having more than one forum account. Often called 'smurfing'.
* Unlocking a thread that has been locked by the Staff.

Forum posts are owned by the original poster, who also owns the copyright to the post. Forum posts must not be duplicated in any way without the owner's permission.
